Network Coordinator

The Network Coordinator is responsible for ordering, coordinating, and tracking of all Telco circuits that support the wireless and fixed network including stores and local engineering offices.

Responsibilities

- Obtain price quotes for leased circuits. Issue orders using Telco providers online provisioning systems to support network needs.
- Monitor, coordinate, and track Telco facility orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate all activities (new installs, disconnections, additions, changes, etc.) with the Telco providers and Network Planning/Network Operations.
- Act as liaison between network operations, Telco providers and network planning.
- Actively maintain accurate database of circuit records, and other facility information.
- Support the Network Planner with special studies, as needed.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in communications, computer science or information technology preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
- Good organizational skills, effective oral and written communication required.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Two to four years telecommunications experience and/or familiarity with Telco facilities provisioning preferred.
