Description The successful Client Service Representative will:

Understand, interpret and serve as the authority on individual global markets and various operational practices. This includes answering diverse inquiries from the India operations group. All inquiries must be prioritized and organized based upon pre established priorities.

Attend meetings and participate in conference calls and provide support as needed.

Read and respond to all incoming inquiries, in a timely manner, for the respective markets within the area of responsibility. These include but are not limited to:

Meeting setup processing

Agenda sourcing/creation ('AI Process')

Vote processing including SWIFT and daily vote files.

Meeting Attend requests

POA inquires

Translating, deciphering and processing SWIFT vote rejections

Interact with local market sub custodians to ensure Broadridge is well positioned and in receipt of the most updated market related voting requirements.

Source agenda information as needed to reduce "AI" status meetings.

Ensure vote instruction delivery and processing. Including the preparation of any require documents by the local market.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Sub-Custodian banks.

Support ICS meetings.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Excellent computer skills(Microsoft Office suite); strong follow-up skills; good organizational skills; effective communication, including the ability to establish "a rapport" with both external clients and internal associates is important; ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must.
