Bayada Nurses, one of the nation�s premier Home Health companies, continues to grow at an unprecedented rate! We have an immediate, full-time opening for an Associate to join our Legal Services office located in West Deptford, NJ.

As an Associate you will learn about the core responsibilities of our Legal Services department as it relates to: the review, negotiation and management of Bayada Nurses office leases, portfolio, and business agreements, client contracts and service agreements, compliance regulations as they relate to home health care, federal and state specific legal research, establishing and maintaining internal policies as they relate to federal and state regulations, internal incident reporting processes, loss prevention and liability claims.
You must be able to:
� Perform in-depth research and articulate clear, concise recommendations and suggestions for negotiation of contracts, leases, etc.
� Collaborate and work effectively with your colleagues
� Prepare, maintain and present statistical data/reports from internal information
� Develop a working knowledge of liability claims and the procedures associated with the internal reporting process
� Research answers to general legal inquiries and provide informed answers
� Create educational materials and articles for the company bulletin
� Be proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
� Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated and possess the desire to grow within the Legal Services office and our organization. This role requires superior communication with all levels of management in an efficient and timely manner, excellent customer service, the ability to take initiative and work independently with little supervision, interpersonal and computer skills. We require a Bachelor�s degree and a minimum of 1 year verifiable work experience. Paralegal certification and home or health care experience is highly desirable, but not required.
