Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for both project and work-order tasks in support of call routing changes requested by business partners
- This is a consultative role, requiring on-call responsibilities
- This support is in a tier 3 capacity, where this person will be responsible for issue resolution around infrastructure changes
- This person will also be responsible for participating in weekly releases (during business hours)
Requirements
Qualifications: Requirements: - 1 year experience Cisco Intelligent Contact Management platform or similar
- 1 year of call center experience
Assets: - Cisco Voice Portal platform experience
- Avaya PBX platform experience
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
