Description Classification: Freelance

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour

The Creative Group is looking for a front-end developer with at least three years of experience. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly hand-code clean HTML markup and CSS from Photoshop comps and wireframes and have a strong understanding of interaction design and user-centered design methods and practices.

Requirements 3+ years experience coding to web standards with XHTML, HTML, CSS, XML, and other related interactive technologies. Proficiency in Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ability to create clean, precise browser-compatible code and reusable code libraries. Knowledge to turn business and user requirements into elegant user interfaces and compelling interactive experiences. Must have excellent communication skills and a team player. Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, under tight deadlines. While not your primary job function, it is recommended they have experience with at least one of the following development technologies: ASP.NET, PHP, or MYSQL and have experience integrating with a prominent Content Management System: SiteCore, Drupal, WordPress, Expression Engine CMS, etc.
