Description An international workforce solutions provider to Fortune 500 companies, Superior Technical Resources has an immediate opening for a motivated Account Executive to grow new business in the Minneapolis Region. Responsibilities will include:



•Developing, expanding and coordinating new and existing business accounts;

•Marketing to include cold calling and driving to presentations, networking events and outside sales meetings;

•Regular customer contact both during and after normal business hours;

•Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's);

•Promote corporate image through community and customer relations;

•Candidate and temporary employee management in cooperation with the customer; and

•Customer relations and program reporting.

Requirements Skill/Experience Requirements



Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Art or Science degree and at least 3 years of service sales experience;
A minimum of 1 year of recent staffing industry sales experience is required within the last 3 years

A minimum of 1 year selling in the Twin Cities market
