Job Summary: This position will direct and manage the Revenue Management, Strategic Planning, Purchasing and Accounting divisions. Partner with Senior Management to develop strategies to ensure the financial success of the property and to maintain a control environment for the safeguarding of property assets.
Job Responsibilities:
Direct the activities and monitor the performance of the Accounting, Purchasing Revenue Management and Strategic Planning leadership.
Partner with Corporate Finance and Property Senior Management to develop and establish Financial polices and internal control procedures for the property.
Prepare and administer the budget for the Accounting, Purchasing and Strategic Planning divisions.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process.
Review and analyze property financial reporting. Provide senior management with constructive feedback on financial performance.
Responsible for maintaining a control environment in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act and company policy.
Provide financial counsel, accounting and technical support to property management.
Analyze financial records and trends regarding costs and revenues. Make recommendations to improve profit margins.
Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
