Hydraulic Engineer - Pro/E and Hydraulic experience MUST

Description A client of Volt Workforce Solutions (a world leader in the staffing industry, boasting over 50 years of experience) is looking for a Hydraulics Engineer with Pro/E experience.

Candidate must have a 4 year degree, 2,000 hours in Pro/E and Hydraulics experience.

These engineers will create the concept design in Pro/Engineer and then will follow a product from Concept all of the way through to production.

This individual will provide key, core, and critical support as a hydraulic systems engineer and designer. This individual will coordinate design efforts of on-site as well as off-site engineers to provide cost effective, reliable and manufacturable hydraulic systems in a timely manner, which supports all production schedules. This person will also provide technical support in resolution of build and field follow issues and perform high level concept and hard design activities in Pro-e. This person will continue to follow a product from Concept all of the way through production.
If a candidate grew up on a farm and has excellent "Hands-on" experience or is a "Motor Head/Car Junkie" would be a huge advantage.

Requirements 1) Minimum of 2,000 hours Pro-e design experience is required.

2) Knowledge of Hydraulic systems is required.

3) A four-year degree in Mechanical, General or Agricultural Engineering is required with preference to the Agriculture Engineering degree.

4) Candidates with a desire to work with their hands on mechanical work is a must.

5) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is required in order to provide the level of off-site design coordination this position may require.

6) At least two years experience in the Construction Equipment industry with significant experience in mobile/agricultural/construction equipment hydraulic systems design and /or development is a must.

PREFERRED: Has worked with a product from concept all of the way through production is a huge plus (meaning they have actually seen and worked with the prototypes and final production parts they designed through testing, design changes until final product was released). Experience with Client's Fluid Lines SDP package is a huge plus. Individuals that have 6Sigma experience and/or lean manufacturing experience are a plus.

NOTE: The candidates must have Pro/E experience and possess experience BS Engineer, or ProE/Fluid Lines SDP package or Hydraulic Systems experience.
