Description

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Project Manager position with a great local software company. This is an immediate long term temporary opportunity. Pay is $38+/hr depending on experience. Hours 8am-5pm M-F.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage and maintain project plans for software releases

Manage work breakdown structure and project budget

Track and report progress on deliverables associated with each project milestone

Negotiate schedules across multiple teams

Hold all parties accountable for their project deliverables and responsibilities within the software development cycle

Create and present weekly status reports at project review meetings

Work through the project assurance process and review

Requirements:

8-10 years of proven, successful, software project management experience

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and work across multiple groups with differing priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy

PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred

Customer Relationship Management Industry knowledge preferred
