Customer Care Associate
You will work on behalf of our client, a large mortgage provider, to assist customers with solutions to help them prevent foreclosure on their homes - NO SELLING! You’ll interact with our customers on a daily basis handling inbound calls with no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills valuable in today’s workplace. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a retail or call center environment required.

Minimum 1 year telephone customer service preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required

May be required to pass job-related assessment

Must receive a passing score on FDCPA and other job-related assessments
