  • Define training solutions and lead projects across CVS Caremark cross-functional groups
  • Determine appropriate deployment strategies for programs, including change management and marketing
  • Design and develop training programs in a variety of formats (self guided, instructor led, web based)Maintain program tools and materials
  • Deliver training in a variety of formats, including face-to-face and distance learning
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, education, instructional design, human resources, pharmacy, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience with instructional design, development, and implementation of training programs
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence others in order to gain buy-in
  • Assertive manner and self-directed work style
  • Willingness to relocate to RI
  • Pharmacy experience
  • Experience with technology-based training solutions
  • Experience with program implementation in a multi-unit, geographically-dispersed environment
  • Desire and ability to work ina fast-paced corporate environment
