Environmental Services / Custodial Manager

Description Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (housekeeping) Manager for a 428 bed hospital in Pontiac, MI 30 miles Northwest of Detroit. This is primarily an AFTERNOON SHIFT position. This position will supervise approximately 50 employees. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience working as a manager or supervisor in a hospital Environmental Services department. Position Summary:

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.

Basic Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:
