Our staff provides scientific staffing to a broad spectrum of industries including: chemical, cosmetics, food science pharmaceutical, biomedical, consumer products, environmental, medical device, clinical laboratory, petrochemical, and clinical research.
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will use effective leadership and management skills, strategic selling and recruiting capabilities, to achieve business growth, and superior service delivery.
Full P& L Responsibilities Include:
- Overall performance of the business including sales, recruiting, service delivery, and branch operations.
- Sales / Business development: Leading the full sales cycle from beginning to end including initial contact, client needs analysis, development of proposals and presentations, and closing the deal.
- Collaboration with Product and Territory teams to further business strategies.
- Training, managing, and coaching district office staff, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in a science field, plus 2-5 years scientific sales or staffing industry sales experience. The candidate must possess a proven ability to develop business, build relationships at all levels, and network. Additionally, we are seeking prior P&L and management experience.
