Product Support Engineer

Description Classification: Consulting

Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour

Our client is looking for a Product Support Engineer (3+ years of experience) with experience administering and supporting jira (or similar tracking systems such as bugzilla, java or j2ee applications server). This Product Support Engineer will be troubleshooting and resolving customer reported issues in regards to their in house products and software.
