Description Provides high quality customer service for 24-Hour Banking by responding to high volume telephone and/or email inquiries, requests and problems in a call center environment. Researches and resolves problems and errors. Actively expands existing customer relationships by cross selling products and services or referring customers to appropriate sales staff.

We are currently offering various schedules that are 30 hours per week that includes full-time benefits. The second shift schedule may also include a 6% shift differential.

Qualified candidates must be able to attend 5 weeks of paid training beginning December 14, 2009 to January 15, 2010, on first shift, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After training, all schedules include working every Saturday. Must be available to work some holidays.

Requirements Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eighteen months of customer service or related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
- Effective sales and referral skills
- Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
