CCNA Network Engineer

Description Network Engineer with CCNA to perform system level analysis, prepare technical designs and solutions, network setup and troubleshooting for Landover site.

Provide remote and on-site LAN/WAN setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Conduct site surveys and prepare network installation plans. Provide in-house network setup (Cisco routers and switches), design, and troubleshooting.

A minimum of two years of LAN/WAN Network Engineering experience installing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment including Cisco routers and switches.

A minimum of two years of Network Engineering experience with network protocols including TCP/IP, EIGRP, UDP, DHCP, SMTP, IMAP, and SSH. Experience designing, configuration, and testing prototype network configurations prior to installation. Experience troubleshooting and using MSOffice applications. Some travel will be required. CCNA certified.

Requirements CCNA Certification required.

Desired skills: 1 year Cisco CallManager, 1 year Tandberg VTC, 1 year Network monitoring tool (HP-OV, OPNET, or equivalent), 1 year Apple workstations and Sun servers.
