Description Monday - Friday - 8-4:30pm
Primarily in acute care and SNF unit.
Under the direction of a physician, PA, CNP, ARNP, or chiropractor, assures the
client�s therapy needs are met, establishes the treatment plan and treatment
goals, and/or follows specific treatment guidelines.

Requirements B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
Previous experience as an OT in an acute care or outpatient setting.
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Good communication skills.
