We are seeking a Fast Track Operations Leader that will be mentored and developed into the role of General Manager or Above  This Leadership Development Program will include exposure and training in all facets of a Field Operations Business.  We are looking for Leaders that see a market that is recession proof and want to jump in on the ground floor! 
 
Initial Assignment Responsibilities
 
�               Work Force Development of a team of Route Service Sales Representatives
�         Hiring, Coaching, Training, Performance Management
�               Account Management
�         Building Life Long Customer Relationships
�         Proactive Goodwill
�         Voice of Customer
�         Managing Shrinkage
�         Sourcing New Revenue Opportunities with existing Customers
�         Price and Contract Management
�               Corporate Culture Assimilation
�         Become a Student and Executor of Company Policies and Procedures
�         Attend Process Improvement Training and Leadership Development training
�               Operations Management
�         Route Optimization and logistical Planning
�         Champion of DOT Compliance and Safe Driver Training Program
�         Champion of Work Place Safety
 


MUST HAVE
  • Valid driver�s license

  • Willingness to travel 5%, including overnight stays

  • 3-5 years management and/or sales experience

  • Bachelor�s Degree required, MBA preferred
