Position Description
Development and implementation of annual affirmative action plans (AAPs) and monitoring reports. Summarize progress and report to management.

Assist with government compliance evaluations such OFCCP Audits. Assist in the preparation of data submissions and the preparation for on-site visits. Complete compensation analyses and cohort analyses as required.

Affirmative Action Plan responsibilities:
Directly supports the development of the affirmative action plans, extracts and reviews applicant data and employment data, performs routine audits of applicant and employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in preparation of the plan reporting; creates and formats statistical portion of the plans including data for applicants, hires, promotions, terminations and existing workforce. Statistical methods include impact ratio analysis; coordinates implementation of the plan narrative; tracks, interprets and presents information as it relates to the Affirmative Action and goals for each location; develops tools to assist with compliance, assists in preparing AAP materials for OFCCP audits and inquiries.

Support government compliance reporting such as EEO-1s and VETS-100s.

Extracts and analyzes applicant, hires, promotion and termination data from all sources, reviews and verifies data validity; imports data into reporting tools, trains and assist corporate and field staff in maintaining accurate data; provides on-going data analysis and audit support.

Analysis of the workforce data and preparation of bi-annual reports on workforce representation and compliance effectiveness across the Company.

Support human resources information system (HRIS) and related system reporting and validation.

Support department projects, presentations and complete surveys.

Travel Required. Interface with government agency OFCCP at on-site desk audits.


Position Requirements
Must possess ability to learn/understand basic statistical formulas; strong written and oral ability to establish effective working relationships with peers and superiors, experience in HRIS and an applicant tracking system (preferably Peoplesoft) task and detail oriented. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
