Capabilities Analyst - UAE Temporary Assignment

Description Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced helicopters for commercial, industrial and military uses. Sikorsky helicopters are used by all five branches of the United States armed forces, along with military services and commercial operators in more than 40 nations. Based in Stratford, Connecticut, USA, Sikorsky has outlying facilities in other Connecticut locations as well as in Florida and Alabama.


Sikorsky is establishing a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates and is seeking interest of Air Base Operations professionals across UTC to fill a 3 to 18 month assignment until the permanent position is filled.
The responsibilities for the temporary assignment include:
Evaluation of current operations and capabilities to provide for improvements and expansion of existing infrastructure. Assist in joint inventory of tooling & equipment and evaluation of technical documentation & planning. Involvement in initial planning, processes & upgrades; providing assessments for risk mitigation to daily operations and future improvements.
Responsible to the Director of Engineering and Capabilities IPT lead for establishment of all required planning, technical and business case analysis required to established all planned depot level capabilities.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or other manufacturing related technical discipline.

7 or more years experience supporting depot or repair station activities


This temporary assignment is located in the United Arab Emirates full time.
