Recruiter/Business Development Partner

Description Randstad is currently seeking a dynamic, goal oriented individual looking for a career
in recruiting/business development. This is a full time permanent position with opportunity for growth for top performers. Qualified individuals must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume recruiting environment. A demonstrated track record of business results a must.

This position is primarily focused on filling temporary and temporary to permanent openings in a highly successful and very busy team environment. Responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to; relationship building activities with active clients to obtain additional business, recruiting, sourcing and interviewing candidates for current openings, employee payroll, reference checks, providing a high level of customer service at all times. This is a very goal oriented position in which results are measured daily.

Working hours: 8-5 with some overtime
