Description Overview:

Individual will reconcile daily/monthly bank deposits including download of deposit information and transmission to mainframe interface files. Research and resolution of customer invoice payment discrepancies, CTM deductions, and post audit deductions. Review Sam�s Club purchase orders daily to ensure proper pricing is reported and stop deliveries, if necessary, until pricing is corrected by Sam�s Club.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt by research and resolution of customer payment discrepancies due to pricing or product quantity disputes

  • Work with customers to resolves payment issues and pricing issues debit/credit

  • Research and analyze pricing issues and determine strategy for resolving

  • Monthly bank reconciliation's and SAP General Ledger Journal entries for several branch depositories

  • Reconciliation and input of daily deposits

  • Partner with Branch locations to resolve issues with bank statements issues, driver deposits and variances between systems

  • Update monthly SAP GL reports interface report with branch variances from monthly bank account reconciliations

    Requirements:

  • 3_5 years of customer account research experience

  • General Ledger/Monthly Bank Account reconciliation experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • 2 year degree preferred in Business or Accounting
