Position Description: 
Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Requirements Qualifications: 

• Proficient - Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• 1 year - 3 years - experience working in a Business Analyst role
• 1 year  - SQL experience
• 3  years - demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal/external clients (i.e., Account Managers, Finance, Customer Service Managers and Implementation Managers)
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Access experience, preferred
• Healthcare insurance industry experience, preferred
• Healthcare or client purchase products, preferred
