Description Importance

Lead Specialist provides world-class service to Global Payments� merchants by processing claims in the most efficient and accurate manner possible.

Essential Duties (In Order of Importance)
�Data entry of leads received on a daily basis.
�Incoming phone calls need to be answered and distributed accordingly
�Process leads in strict compliance with current disposition policies.
�Forward leads to Sales Reps and Sales Service Reps via email and phone transfers
�Successfully complete training as required.
�Exhibit professional appearance and behavior at all times.
�Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements *Must have excellent knowledge of Excel

High school diploma or equivalent
