Supervisor I

Plans and assigns work within the unit. Monitors group and individual performance. Takes corrective action where required. Responsible for quality, quantity, and timeliness of group’s assignments. Responsible for hiring, rating, taking corrective action and initiating other personnel actions. Will be required to verbally and in written format communicate with the customer on a continual and frequent basis. Needs to be able to evaluate and enhance operational efficiencies and inspire exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent related experience.
2 – 5 years experience required (Preferably in the mortgage servicing or customer service area)
Exceptional Customer Focus.
Professional customer service demeanor.
Strong Communication skills, Verbal and Written.
Positive team builder.
Dynamic and Creative Thinker.
