Kelly Services is currently recruiting for service center, customer service positions with a local leader in the credit card industry in need of Spanish speaking bilingual representatives! Whether your beginning your customer service career or expanding on previous experience, this inbound service center position is just what you are looking for! Training on industry specific jargon and systems provided.
Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving customer inquiries
- Providing customers with account information
- Resolving or referring billing disputes
- Correcting payment errors
- Reversing fee and finance charges, as appropriate
- Completing account maintenance
- Accepting card, check or other order requests
- Acting on lost and stolen cards
- Accessing customer needs for other products and services and cross-selling other products
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
- Computer navigation familiarity
- Previous customer service or other related work experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to read and speak English and Spanish fluently

Paid training class beginning November 30th. Must be able to attend training class from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday for three weeks.
