In this role, building relationships with both customers and temporary employees is essential as well as assisting branch management with sales and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to start learning the management ropes and to define your own career path in either operations or sales. The expected work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, between the hours of 5:00am-7:00pm and every other weekend.
Responsibilities include:
- Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting.
- Call existing customers to generate repeat sales.
- Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work.
- Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
- Drive temporary workers to and from job sites as needed (mileage compensated).
- Input, maintain and follow-up on accounts receivable. Process credit applications and set credit limits. Make collection calls to customers.
- Assist in worker payout and process payroll from completed work tickets.
Successful CSR skills and characteristics:
- High school diploma or GED required; One year of college or technical training preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work.
- 2 years sales or appointment setting experience preferred.
- Highest commitment to quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs.
- Bilingual language skills a plus.
