Job Description:
Student Lending Temporary Representatives will perform a variety of functions:
1.Handle incoming acquisition calls
2. Counsel students on the best means of financing their education
3. Sell the features/benefits of the product
4. Compare and contrast with other lenders
5. Complete the credit application

Skills Required:
  • Call center or customer facing experience
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, including verbal/written communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and equipment

    Skills Desired:
    Relevant experience in the student loan industry is preferred but not required.

    $11 per hour
    Additional 10% pay for evening shifts
