Our stable and well established, profitable, growing, non-automotive supplier client is currently looking confidentially for a VP of Tax. If hired for this VP of Tax role, you will be responsible for helping to develop their corporate tax department. In this VP of Tax role you will report directly to their CFO and have direct responsibility for leading all tax planning initiatives for this international company. This will include tax accounting provision work (FAS 109, Fin 48), international tax, 5471, 8858, 5472's, Repatriation initiatives, oversight of all SALT, R&D tax credits, and developing your tax staff. Requirements
For consideration candidates will need to have 12 plus years of diverse tax experience. Candidates will need to have Federal Tax Provision (FAS 109, FIN 48), have led the tax planning activities for a public company, had oversight of State and Local Tax function, supervised property tax, foreign earnings and valuation allowances, have had identified tax strategies including repatriation opportunities, and tax efficient restructuring, and R&D tax credits.
