Description Candidates need to have the necessary food manufacturing industry experience.

Located in the midwest.

Promote the sale of bakery products by providing effective technical support services.

Provides technical problem solving assistance to customer and sales personnel concerning product or production problems.

Demonstrates new or existing products independently or as part of a sales presentation.

Sells or assists in the sale of products to promote optimum volume consistent with marketing and sales objectives.

Trains customer personnel in the use of new and existing products and equipment.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of functionality of ingredients, product formulation, processes, retail bakery equipment, product line and new developments in the baking industry.

Requirements Ability to meet and effectively work with salespeople, distributor salespeople and all levels of customer personnel.

May be willing to travel extensively including some international travel.

Travel approximately 30%.

Required schooling or technical training in the baking trade or equivalent.

Preferred: American Institute of Baking (AIB) certification.
