Description Join Comcast's Multi-Dwelling Unit Account Executive team to foster business relationships with property owners and developers in the city to enable Comcast to service subscribers in buildings with 10+ units.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Negotiate new rights of entry (ROI) and Bulk Agreements for all Multi-Dwelling units (MDU's) and hotels/motels in designated area.
  • Develop and implement retention and renewal plans to ensure long term relationships/agreements.
  • Renew existing agreements with all existing MDU and hotel/motel accounts.
  • Develop sales strategy for obtaining new business and additional revenue.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitive activities.
  • Prepare ROI's on all projects.
  • Maintain a database of all account activity, compile monthly performance reports.
  • Manage and solve all issues related to existing clients.
  • Communicate all sales/account activities to Area Manager on an ongoing basis.
  • Effectively communicate with internal departments on all MDU/hotel/motel activity to ensure all projects and activities are up-to-date, completed etc.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
    • Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Valid CA Driver's license with a clean driving record (Business mileage reimbursed at federal rate)
  • Reliable form of personal transportation
  • Auto insurance coverage that meets the minimum standards required per CA state law

    Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent local travel
  • Frequent walking for 4 to 6 hours per day
  • Daily exposure to outside environment, including inclement weather
