QA Lead

Description QA lead with strong Agile/Scrum experience needed for long term contract.

Responsibilities:
1. Be a strong advocate and voice for overall quality on the team from requirements through deployment
2. Help the team members build quality into the entire process
3. Given limited resources, identify the most important areas to test and the priority
4. Plan the testing strategy with the team
5. Execute the testing strategy (do the testing�independently and distributed across the team)

Required:
1. Demonstrated experience successfully working in an agile environment as an equal member of the Scrum (or equivalent) team
2. End to end quality experience (not just testing) from requirements through deployment
3. Specific Testing experience (in order of importance)
o Functional/regression testing
o Integration testing
o Automated functional/regression testing
o Automated unit testing
o Test scripting
o Load testing
4. Use of some tools for #3, but specific tools experience is not required (don�t care which tools)
5. Current or past development experience
