Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to review delinquent accounts, initiate collection action via telephone and written correspondence, skip-trace and negotiate repayment options.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have 2-5 years of collections experience including working knowledge of collection laws and bankruptcy regulations
Experience with vehicle repossessions
Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, basic PC skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
