Description SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing and administering the Dialer functionality as well as the reporting. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing ad hoc reports, accumulating accurate and detailed statistics of daily, weekly, and monthly production for reporting purposes, and analyzing data and recognizing trends and patterns in order to forecast future statistics and achieve desired sales campaign objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and monitor predictive dialer system, including design, build, and maintenance of campaigns, calling lists, filters, reports, and list strategies
    * Actively participate in contact strategy discussions with sales management team
    * Partner closely with lines of business and the rest of the strategy team to meet business objectives and ensure consistent and accurate execution within policies and FTC compliance of procedures, reporting, and management of dialer operations
    * Monitor dialer and associate performance and recommend lead segmentation strategies in support of sales calling strategies
    * Proactively work with all areas of Inside Sales to identify opportunities to apply new segmentation strategies
    * Conduct regularly scheduled audits of segmentation strategies to verify that leads are worked/managed in line with departmental policies as assigned by manager
    * Partner with Information Technology (IT) and Telecom to maximize Siemens dialer segmentation functionality
    * Develop, test, implement, and produce daily business reporting as required by management
    * Complete monthly dial system Quality Assurance monitoring
    * Leverage sales data to analyze calling strategies, recommend improvements, and identify defects and/or areas for concern
    * Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required. A minimum of three years predictive/auto dialer experience required. Previous experience in a high volume, sales-oriented, customer-contact call environment preferred. Nortel/Siemens/Aspect product experience preferred.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical manuals and procedures, financial policies and pronouncements, and government regulations. Ability to write clear and concise routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups within and outside the company. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    REASONING ABILITY:
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only very limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Proficiency with computer hardware components and software packages, especially Microsoft Office products. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a very time sensitive and
