Assembler Quality Inspector needed for Rockledge, FL!
JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Basic Purpose
1. Inspects board, cable and component assemblies utilizing appropriate procedures, diagrams, specifications and tools.
2. Performs visual electrical, mechanical and quality inspections and maintains record of inspection process, progress and results.
B. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Inspects various board, cable or component assemblies by performing visual, electrical, mechanical and quality procedures.
2. Ensures correct placement, wiring, soldering quality, etc. utilizing appropriate procedures, diagrams, specifications and tools.
3. Maintains records of inspection process, progress and results and informs management of results.
C. Job Requirements
1. Education and Training High school diploma or equivalent (GED) AA/AS in electronics technology preferred. ISO training. IPC 610/620 knowledge/training.
2. Specialized Knowledge and Technical Requirements Knowledge of assembly processes and procedures. Knowledge of inspection standards and requirements. Time management, communications, decision-making, human relations and organizational skills. Knowledge of inspection equipment.
3. Required Experience Minimum of 3 years in assembly inspection in manufacturing environment. PCs and various software applications.
Pay: $9.00 - 12.00/hr based on experience
