Description
Center Valley, PA - The Senior Programmer Analyst will support the current webMethods, vendor application, and address the Application Integration workload and projects. The incumbent will maintain existing interfaces, streamline older interfaces, and design and implement new interfaces as is required to preserve the ERP integrations. EOE M/F/D/V
* Maintain the current webMethods environment.
* Participate in the design, development, and test of java based integration.
* Participate in the design, development, and test of web services.
* Monitor the errors in processing and inform the responsible users.
* Participate in the design of non-webMethods integration design.
* Design, develop, and test non-webMethods integrations.
* Take part in non-integration, java tasks that might be allocated.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge is required.
* Experience with the following are required:
- 4 years with webMethods 6.0
- 2 years with webMethods 7.0
- 4 years with java 1.5 or higher
- 3 years with ETL / WebServices (SOAP or REST) / messaging in a high volume environment
- 4 years of SQL with strong emphasis on MS SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2/400
- 2 Years of XML, Schemas, XSL, XSLT
- webMethods 7.1 (Designer, Broker, Integration Server)
- webMethods JMS, MQ, JDBC adaptors
- Java, XML, XSL, SOAP, JMS
* Experience designing and implementing in production XML / Schemas is necessary.
* Exposure to SOA, ESB, DB2 (iSeries) and SQL Server is essential.
* An excellent understanding not only of webMethods, but also the Enterprise Application Integration as a discipline is vital.
* Must have a problem solving and troubleshooting mindset.
