Project Manager - Onsite

The SWAT Project Manager (PM) is responsible to the ACS Project Manager (PM) to ensure the project is planned, executed, tracked and leveraged in accordance with the ACS Project Implementation Methodology.

This role is expected to be on-site at the client location for 6 months, and would identify, scope, organize, sequence, and manage client work activities needed to conduct the project.

Essential Responsibilities would include, as applicable:

Develops implementation project schedule for all assigned projects (in conjunction with PM)

Monitors progress against the schedule and makes changes as appropriate

Monitor conversion activities occurring at the client’s end to help ensure that deliverables are met on a timely basis.

Works with functional managers to properly allocate resources for project plan management

Maintains issues, actions and risks log and assists in attaining resolution

Facilitate decision-making

Provides status reports to both internal parties (including Sr. management) and client

Coordinates/ facilitates meetings and is responsible for documenting decisions/to do’s and participates as well

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree or related work experience, plus at least 5 years experience in:

Project Management including MS Project (or use of an equivalent Project Management Tool)
Outsourcing / Client Service Delivery Project Implementation experience, including exposure to both the technical aspects and the change management challenges
Benefits Administration/ HR Outsourcing experience
PMP certification preferable (or will be obtained within 6 months)
Organizational and time management skills
Analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated
Ability to influence others at VP level
