Description Clara Maass Continuing Care Center at West Hudson, a 120 bed sub-acute and long term care facility in Kearny, NJ, is currently seeking a full time Assistant Director of Nursing.

Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, you will motivate and assist in leading our nursing team. LTC experience, knowledge of MDS and PPS as well as excellent management and interpersonal skills required. Position will also include Educating and Inservicing staff on policies and procedures in areas such as medication administration and documentation, infection control, corporate compliance, wound care and prevention. In addition, will be responsible for orientation of new employees. Will assist in other areas as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements RN license required
