District Manager - Financial Staffing

Kelly Financial Resources (KFR), a specialized division of a $5.5 billion industry leader is looking for a District Manager for Kansas City Metro Area Market. In this highly important role, you will report directly to the Territory Manager for Kansas City and you will be responsible for building a project staffing and full time placement business focused on degreed professionals. You will be required to use effective strategic selling skills to achieve sales objectives and profitable market share in your territory. In addition, you will be managing a full-time staff, designing the branch's strategic business vision, handling overall branch operations and maintaining quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA degree as well as have five years of sales experience in the financial and/or accounting staffing services industry. Management experience is required. To be successful, you must be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the "big" picture. You must have strong interpersonal, leadership and customer satisfaction skills. We hire people who are self-starters with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that you are proficient in relationship building, oral and written communication, sales presentations, time management and problem solving.
