Description

This customer service professional (CSP) will be responsible for answering telephone calls generated from our agents and policyholders. These calls will include, but are not limited to, Traditional and Variable life products. This will involve inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Answering and initiating incoming and outgoing calls from our customers to ensure the delivery of quality service.
Facilitate/ process service requests generated from our agents and policyholders.
Prioritize/Balance service requests while maintaining phone center goals, as outlined by senior management.
Maintains, updates, and corrects information for various computer systems.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Assist other teams within Customer Service to maintain established goals and provide service consistencies to our field partners.
Representatives within the phone center are responsible for the prompt and accurate administration and service of VUL policies while adhering to all SEC, FINRA, JPSC, and Customer Service guidelines.

Requirements

Obtain Series 6 Securities License within 5 months of hire.
