Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Requirements Qualifications:

• High school education or GED required
• 2+ years customer service experience in a call center environment required
• 1+ years MS Office experience required (Word and Excel)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician strongly preferred
• Pharmacy benefits experience preferred
