These Engineers are required to have experience with BSP porting and board bring-up, design and development of bootloaders, drivers for porting, creation, design, implementation, integration and other system-level OS components such as OAL for Windows CE 5.0, 6.0, MS Mobile and MS Auto. Windows CE Kernel Software Engineers Qualifications (purely technical, engineering-focused candidates are welcome to apply for the position):

• 2-4 plus years experience working with Windows CE.
  
• Windows CE or Windows Mobile embedded operating system porting & development.
  
• Must have current CE 6 experience in addition to earlier releases.
  
• Ability and knowledgeable on how to use Platform Builder, Visual Studio, Debugger and Logic Analyzers.
  
• C or C++ (i.e. Board Support Packages and Device Drivers in the OEM Adaptation Layer (OAL) experience.
  
• Experience with building operating systems, Kernel experience including BSP porting, boot loaders and board bring-up.
  
• ARM, Intel, x86 or MIPS processor knowledge and experience with the main silicon vendors chipsets, TI, Freescale, NXP, Atmel, Marvell, etc.
  
• Experience of driver level porting, creation, design, implementation and integration with greater than 3 years commercial software development preferred.
  
• Able to execute specific tasks/goals/code when given proper guidance.
  
• Linux and Android experience are a plus.
  
• Silverlight and Alchemy are a plus.
