Description We are in need of 2 Bilingual Customer Service Representative immediately. Must be very professional and have above average computer skills. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, mail, fax and email. Will need to provide additional information on brokerage investments, internet banking, bankline access etc...able to multi-task and handle confidential information. Hours are Monday - Friday 12:30 - 9pm.

Requirements Must be very fluent speaking/reading/writing spanish and english. At least one solid year customer service experience. Must have at least a High School diploma, some college preferred.
