Assistant Manager - Retail - Travel Stop

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales growth and profits

  • Thoroughly train workforce

  • Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude

  • Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Maintain a highly clean facility at all times

  • Exhibit Love's pledge of 'doing what is right for our employees' at all times
  • Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years retail management experience

  • Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$7 million

  • Experience supervising and training 2 - 5 employees

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven budget and P&L skills

  • PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
