Program Manager

This is the lead management position associated with this contract. The position will be located in Rochester, New York for one of Verizon Business' most prestigious clients. The Client is immediately recognized as being one of the world's most successful and soundly managed global image services company. This leadership position requires a highly seasoned business professional who will be responsible for all contract deliverables. This will entail the management of a program management team and the matrix management of all internal Verizon Business organizations and all outside vendors that contribute to the delivery of contract terms. Executive level interaction through a formal governance program is also an important responsibility as are executive level communications and executive level escalations. Highly developed interpersonal skills are a must as is previous program management experience.

Requirements
10 Years Experience in Commercial or Government Program/Project Management A successful Track Record in Managing Complex Global Environments A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent Experience 15 Years Experience in Telecommunications or Information Technology. ITIL and/or PMP Certification Preferred
