Description the work hours for this position will be from 2:25 pm - 11:15 pm, Monday - Friday. In this position you will be eligible for a 12% shift differential pay increase.
Provider Services Technicians assist licensed pharmacists in the functions of the practice of pharmacy in a mail order facility. They collect pertinent patient information and pharmaceutical prescriptions from doctor, perform a data entry function, and communicate with physicians, patients and internal staff to resolve processing issues. Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills needed
Customer Service experience is preferable
Computer experience and the ability to learn new programs and systems
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must have the ability to problem solve, multi- task and have good decision making skills.
Previous experience in the health care industry
Knowledge of Prescriptions is a plus
Tech Certification preferred.
