Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse / RN / Dialysis Nurse  

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide nursing care to ESRD patients
• Work with a team of patient care techs to deliver dialysis treatments
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure the implementation of physician orders
• Analyze patient data including status of vascular accesses, lab work, patient assessments and make recommendations to the physician for patient care
• Work with the team to develop short and long-term care plans
• Provide patient education
  
• Participate in the care center's QA/CQI process

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current RN license in the state of practice; CNN desirable. 

Experience:  Minimum of one year of nursing care and dialysis experience preferred
