Property Accountant- Salaried Professional Service

Description Classification: Temporary

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Accountemps - Salaried Professional Service is currently searching for an experienced Property Accountant to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, the Property Accountant is responsible for the month-end close, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation for a portfolio of commercial properties. Other duties include cash management, supporting work papers, audit schedules and other projects assigned by management. Strong working knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or other property focused accounting system is strongly preferred. This position is ideal for those that enjoy the challenge of contract work but seek the financial stability of salaried, full-time employment.
