What you'll be doing:
• Evaluating loan risk by verifying loan application information
• Verifying application information against loan criteria guidelines and standards.
• Evaluating risk
• Identifying and documenting deficiencies in certain loans
• Ranking risk by estimating degree of risk; noting any additional requirements; forwarding to loan committee.
• Providing information by answering questions; responding to requests.
• Maintaining customer confidence by keeping application information confidential.
• Providing loan control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
What you'll need:
• 2+ years of Mortgage underwriting experience
• Ability to Analyze Information
• Strong General Math Skills
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Business and Corporate Finance
