Apartment Reset Specialist

Description **PLEASE NOTE: This is a short term temporary assignment through the end of the year.

Oakwood Temporary Housing is currently hiring for an Apartment Reset Specalist. In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to "make ready" an apartment through cleaning and resetting the housewares package during the same scheduled visit in accordance with Oakwood standards and expectations.

Turn clean between guest stays include the following:
�Clean bathrooms: tubs, showers, commodes, floors and mirrors.
�Clean window sills and ledges, dust all blinds.
�Clean all air vents, pictures and mirrors.
�Clean inside all drawers and vanities.
�Clean inside and exterior of washer/dryer and dryer lint trap.
�Clean all major appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher)
�Clean all switch plates and test electrical sockets.
�Clean markings off walls
�Clean patio doors and sweep patio.
�Dust ceiling corners, recessed lights, chandeliers and ceiling fans.
�Dust and apply furniture polish to all wood furniture.
�Vacuum apartment including under beds, behind sofa/love seats and any other easily moveable furniture.
�Clean and mop floors, remove trash.
�Clean all carpets spots (if applicable).
�Proper use and storage of chemicals.

Reset an apartment between guest stays:
�Set up apartment according to Oakwood Worldwide set-up standards, perform pick up procedures.
�Deliver/pick up house wares according to assigned schedule.
�Perform minor touch up & tighten furniture
�Inspect Electronics & Modem are in working order
�Perform Initial Exceptions inspections and report, resolve issues and/or communicate to others those defects beyond your ability to correct.
�Perform Pre-Move-out (PMO) inspections, and accurately record defects requiring future attention.
�Maintain a fully stocked Rolling Inspection Bag, and properly use the contents.
�Perform safe lifting techniques at all times.
�Operate vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
�Read & understand schedule and daily instructions, report deficiencies and communicate to Supervisor regularly throughout the day.
�Properly document all transactions on paperwork including writing all electronics ID accurately.
�Report all issues to proper personnel & supervisor immediately
�Check in and out all assigned keys.
�Load/unload delivery vehicles properly for day�s work.
�Must report to work in a clean uniform approved and supplied by Oakwood Worldwide.
�Must perform all functions of Air Trak phone: Clock in/out for day, enter all appropriate job codes and start/stop functions.
�Complete all assigned service requests.
�Assist with warehouse duties when needed
�Other duties as assigned.

Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following:
�Valid driver license and proof of personal auto insurance.
�2+ years of related experience.
�Abile to lift up to 75lbs
�Energetic and self motivated
�High level of attention to detail.
